KL To London: Thank You
When I started to share my story on this blog, I didn’t know what to expect. But my philosophy in doing anything has always been to just do my part and give it my all. I did that when I left for KL to London three years ago and I am still trying to do that today.
Over the past week, my journey went viral on Facebook and was shared on Vulcan Post. I have no idea how, or who started the ball rolling but that post got over 7000 shares and the messages are still pouring in. To be honest, I am in still in shock. The people who reached out were many: cyclists who have always wanted to do what I did, complete strangers telling me I inspired them, even long-lost friends who expressed how proud they were of me.
I just want to say, thank you. I am grateful that the leap of faith I once took to inspire my own daughter has now done more than I ever imagined. I hope to keep telling my story, so stay around to hear it!
