KL to London: 162 days, 18,800km
Finally I am here in London! I started my journey on 14th Feb 2012 and arrived in London on 25th July 2012.
I have spent a total of 162 days traveling 18,000 km from Malaysia. Actually this is called Tower Bridge, all the while I thought it was London Bridge. HAHAHA
I really enjoy cycling, it has become part of my life, enjoying pedaling across the continent. I have learned about effort, determination, and the attitude of not giving up.
I have to thank all of the people who supported me all along the way and also thank the people who rejected me at the beginning and gave me tons of negative thoughts. It’s actually make me stronger and I am believed that “Everything is possible”
I have met a group of crazy senior penang guys along the way, although I am also an old folk here, HAHA. We truly have good memories. Starting from the right is Mr Saw Peng Hooi, 3rd from the right, En Bakar Noordin.
Life is not a race, it is a journey. What you need to do is complete your journey without any hesitation.
I have successfully arrived in London 2 days before the opening ceremony of London Olympic 2012. The most important thing to me is that I was able to arrive safely.
